There is only one version of Santa Baby that's acceptable - and it's Eartha's. Seriously - Santa Baby just shouldn't be covered as you can't improve on perfection. Hope you had a great holiday!
Oddly enough, I've never seen "Elf" as I'm not a Wil Farrell fan (though I did like "Night at the Roxbury"), but it does have a great cast. I should sit down and give it a watch at some point.
Great holiday playlist!! I've been posting Christmas videos over on my Twitter, once a night for the 25 Days of Christmas, and "Christmas in Hollis" was my first entry. Such a great song and loved the post :)
Thanks! I enjoyed this one - and the playlist, too! Hadn't heard 'Christmas in Hollis' in years - and my 16 y/o likes it (having heard it from me!) so I got some cool/street cred points, too.
I'm not a fan of Will Farrell, either - I consider him about one, perhaps two levels above Adam Sandler* - but his shtick works well in this film. You can really believe he's an idiot abroad!
(*A caveat: Sandler is great in Punchdrunk Love - and, though I haven't seen Uncut Gems, I've heard good things.)
Well, the recent Santa Baby comment is now a bit embarrassing - glad you specified Eartha Kitt's version instead of the more recent knock-offs.

Peter Billingsley!
He's everywhere at Christmas ...
